Alpine Lemon Balm
Tea and apothecary herb | Melissa officinalis
A fragrant, versatile herb with a soft lemon aroma and a mild, refreshing flavour.
Our Alpine Lemon Balm is Australian grown, with a small portion grown and harvested on our own Snowy Mountains property as we continue expanding the farm. The remaining leaf is carefully sourced from trusted Australian growers, so availability may be limited.
Lemon balm has a long history of use in traditional herbal preparations and is an easy herb to keep on hand for teas, custom blends and home apothecary use.
